We are recruiting a Supported Internship Administrator to work in our Barnet office on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).
What will you be doing as a Supported Internship Administrator?
- Coordinating administration duties, including but not limited to processing application and claims paperwork, inputting learner information onto databases, processing invoices and keeping up to date records for reporting purposes.
- Supporting the Programme Coordinator in adhering to deadlines for EHCP reviews.
- Monitoring and updating the team with regards to licences, training and insurance.
- Responding to queries from parents/carers and local authorities.
