Overview
Join Our Team in Tamworth: Support Worker (30 hours/week). Make a real difference every day. We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Tamworth on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours/week). Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays.
About the Role
You’ll support 8 incredible individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live happy, independent lives. Whether it’s heading to the cinema, enjoying a meal out, or dancing at a local disco, no two days are the same!
What You\’ll Do
- Personal care and daily living support
- Help with budgeting, appointments, cooking, and more
- Build strong, positive relationships
- Support community activities and social inclusion
Shift patterns
Typically 7am–4pm or 4pm–10pm.
