Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Sudbury.
This role requires you to be a driver.
Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker, you\’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
- From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
- Provide personal care and support as required; administer medications as directed.
- Support services across various shift patterns, including days, evenings, and sleep-ins where applicable.
Contract Options & Shift Times
- Part-time: flexible hours based on availability
- All services are 24-hour care. Rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Shift patterns include: 0700-1400, 0900-1500, 1500-2200; sleep-ins 2200-0700. S/in 1500-2000; shifts amended as required.
- Sleep-ins are available with enhanced pay (£63.70) where applicable.
