Overview

Mencap is seeking a Support Worker to join our incredible team in Redruth.

Responsibilities

  • Support one older gentleman in his own home, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
    • Activities may include going out for a drive, completing shopping, going for walks, helping with baking at home, or a relaxing day.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract Options

Part Time: 29 hours

Shift Times

Days: Between 07:30/08:30 until 21:30/22:30, with split shifts available finishing at 16:00 or starting at 16:00.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life.
