Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Northampton – DRIVER ESSENTIAL
As a Support Worker, you\’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

Interviews for this position will be held face to face at our Kettering Office. Important information for applicants: please note, this position is not suitable for anyone who is looking to obtain sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa or currently holds a Skilled Worker Visa and is looking to switch sponsorship to a new employer. This is due to the fact the salary rate for this position does not meet the UKVI’s current minimum annual salary threshold requirements for sponsorship.
