We’re currently seeking a Support Worker in the Needham Market area to join our dedicated team supporting adults (males and females) in a welcoming supported living service.

About the Role:
You’ll be supporting individuals with varied needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives while providing the essential support they require.

Our rota is planned six weeks in advance, giving you a great work-life balance while still offering flexibility.

Contract:

  • 12-hour weekly contract (weekend shifts included)

What You\’ll Be Supporting With:

  • Manual handling and PEG feeding – full training is provided
  • Personal care and daily living tasks
  • Supporting individuals in managing behaviours that may be challenging, using person-centred and positive support (PBS) approach

Activities Include:

  • Coffee and cake outings, scenic drives, and countryside walks
  • Trips to the theatre, arcades, and picnics out
  • Being part of an active, social, and engaging lifestyle

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
