Calling caring and dedicated individuals! Mencap is looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Kettering (NN16 postcode). As a Support Worker, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You’ll be supporting three ladies and three gentlemen, each with their own unique strengths, personalities, and support needs. Your role will include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. Every day brings an opportunity to positively impact someone\'s life.
