Join Mencap as a Support Worker in Crosby! We are looking for caring, committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities within our complex care service. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and activities making a real difference every day. Qualities and Skills Required:
- Relationship Building: Essential for gaining trust and building lasting relationships.
- Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
- Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts constructively.
- Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles.

Contract options:
- Part time (30 hours per week)
- Shifts between 07:00-22:00 (varied shifts)
- One sleep in shift required per week and paid at a flat rate of £63.70
- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
