Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Bow Street Aberystwyth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities for individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships.
  • Support individuals in various contexts, including at home and in the community.
  • Attend to the needs of a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Suitable DBS check and references.

Contract Options

  • Part‑time: 30 hours per week.
  • Non‑contractual sleep‑in available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.
  • 24‑hour care.
