We are looking for caring and committed Support Workers in Thetford to join our team, supporting males and females across both supported living and residential services.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you’ll support individuals with a range of needs. From personal care and manual handling to getting involved in the activities they love, you’ll play a key role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and choice.

What’s Involved:

  • Personal care and manual handling support
  • Working with people with different needs such as PEG feeding and epilepsy
  • Supporting with daily routines
  • Accompanying individuals on trips and activities they enjoy
  • Supporting individuals in managing behaviours that may be challenging, using person-centred and positive support (PBS) approach

Activities May Include:

  • Cinema and shopping trips
  • Visits to leisure centres, gyms, and sensory spaces

Shifts & Hours:

  • Flexible working with part-time roles available
  • A variety of shifts, including weekends and waking nights
  • Shift patterns vary and flexibility is essential
