Mencap is seeking passionate and self-motivated Skills Coaches to join our Supported Internship team in Ealing on a full-time basis.
As a Skills Coach, you will play a key role in the delivery of our Mencap Training Academy, supporting learners with special educational needs to complete their program and gain essential skills for employment.
Your responsibilities will include 1-1 job coaching and embedding learning in the workplace to help young adults achieve paid employment.
