Mencap is seeking a Skills Coach to support learners with mild to moderate learning disabilities in the community classroom of our Supported Internship Programme in Ealing.
You will be accountable for learner progression, deliver 1-1 coaching and classroom sessions, and help learners develop employability skills and English/Maths in the workplace.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and focuses on enabling progression to paid employment, with interviews soon after the vacancy closes.
