Mencap is seeking a dedicated Skills Coach for the Supported Internship programme, based in Barnet and delivering in the community classroom.
The role supports learners with SEN to complete all elements by providing tailored, practical assistance.
You will coach individuals and small groups, embedding English and Maths in real-world contexts, and help learners progress toward paid employment while keeping clear records and reporting on progress.
