You will lead on the development and implementation of Mencap\βs Individual Giving strategy, working closely with the Head of Public Fundraising to ensure work is integrated with wider team aims. You will also lead on the planning and delivery of a range of fundraising and stewardship campaigns ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget, producing strong results against agreed objectives.This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) based in London. While we offer flexibility in work location, attendance at the London office is expected twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.What we\βre looking forProven experience in developing and implementing successful individual giving strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and support others.Excellent budgeting and analytical capabilities.
