This role requires you to be a driver.
Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Needham Market.
As a Relief Support Worker, you\’ll make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
What we\’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
This role requires you to be a driver.
Contract options:
All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
