Overview
Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Darfield, Barnsley, supporting within a service and the community. As a Relief Support Worker, you\'ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and emotional support as needed.
- Support may involve assisting with personal care, community activities, and promoting independence.

- Sleep-ins required — paid at an enhanced flat rate of £63.70.
