Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Bexhill On Sea. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, working with a diverse group of people each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their lives.

Shift times
All our services are 24‑hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Shift patterns
- Monday–Sunday: 07:00–14:30
- 22:00 (end of day)
- Weekends: 10:00–15:00
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
