Mencap Relief Support Worker – Liskeard, Cornwall
Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Liskeard, Cornwall. As a Relief Support Worker, you\’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital part in their lives.
What we\’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract options:
- Relief shifts with 24-hour care services.
- Rota planning at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal and social life.

This role offers a non-contractual sleep-in payment at an hourly rate of £12.60. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
