Mencap is seeking a passionate Relief Support Worker to join our incredible team in Portsmouth. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be delivering high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible and enjoy fulfilling, meaningful lives.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Contract options: Relief. All our services are 24‑hour care. We prepare the rotas at least four weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life. Days are between 07:30 and 21:00. We interview frequently and may appoint before the closing date, so we encourage early applications. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
