We have an exciting full time (37.5 hours per week) Mon-Fri permanent opportunity to join our People Services Team at Mencap. We are looking for someone to join the team who:
- Will provide expert guidance and support for colleagues and new starters who are on an existing UK Visa.
- Support internal teams with information and guidance about different types of Visas that are applicable to the UK.
- Has experience of using the Sponsorship Management System.
- Ideally has experience of being a level 1 user of the Sponsorship Management System.
- Loves the 'attention to detail' and is excellent at record keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be compliant with outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws.

Working as a Visa Compliance officer for Mencap, no two days are the same.
