Mencap's Employ Me team is seeking an Engagement and Support Officer to help deliver supported employment programmes across Staffordshire Moorlands and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is offered for 2 years to help build partnerships with referral partners, employers and local providers.

You will work independently, using strong communication and organisational skills to support participants in gaining skills and securing paid opportunities.
