We are recruiting for a Me Time Programme Coordinator. This position is a permanent contract for 37.5 hours per week, covering the Nottingham area.
Me Time is Mencap's social inclusion, leisure, and community-based programme, supporting adults with a learning disability to live life to the full, with person-centred, high quality, community inclusive support, grounded in Mencap's values and enabled by a highly motivated and capable team.
As Programme Coordinator, you will lead colleagues in designing and delivering good quality Me Time support, playing a key role in planning, monitoring and reviewing community opportunities, ensuring we are always listening to and being led by the evidence and lived experience of people with a learning disability.
Building a strengths-based approach to further develop skills and confidence of those being supported, expanding networks, and being fully included in their local community. People with a learning disability steer the activities and are represented at all levels with Me Time through coproduction opportunities.
Provide leadership, maintaining strong and effective partnerships with local partners, commissioners and purchasers of Me Time.
