Me Time is Mencap’s social inclusion, leisure and community‑led programme in Nottingham. As a Relief Community Inclusion Facilitator you will support people with a learning disability by delivering direct individual and group activities, helping them access community opportunities and build confidence.
You will work as part of a team, be flexible, and champion person‑centred planning, safeguarding and meaningful community connections to improve quality of life and open pathways to volunteering.
