We are looking for a full-time Registered Service Manager to lead our service in Thetford, supporting people with a learning disability to live the life they choose. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while creating an environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, providing clear leadership, developing staff teams, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with families, commissioners, and partner agencies. A key part of the position is maintaining high standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring ongoing compliance with CQC requirements.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in health and social care, ideally with experience supporting people with a learning disability. Excellent people management skills, a practical and values-led approach to leadership, and a good understanding of what great support looks like in practice are essential. You must also have or be willing to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
