Contract Types: 3 x Full-time various hours contracts available and 1 x Part-time (23 hours per week) waken night contract
Effective from 1 April 2026, the hourly rate of pay for Support Workers will increase to £13.45.

What You’ll Do:
- Support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives and routines
- Assist with personal care and medication, including bathing and dressing
- Help with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill payments
- Encourage independence and social inclusion by supporting community activities and groups
- Use Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance quality of life
- Build trusting, meaningful relationships based on empathy and respect
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnight
- A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude
- willingness to register with NISCC and undergo an enhanced Access NI check
- Clean UK drivers license is required for this role

- 3 x 37.5 full-time contract - various hours
- 1 x 23 part-time waken night contract
- Shifts: Day Shifts: 9.00am - 9.00pm Night Shifts: 9:00pm - 9:00am (Rota prepared 4+ weeks in advance to support your work/life balance)
