We are looking for an experienced and driven Partnership Development Manager to join Mencap's Corporate Partnerships team. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will secure and grow six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships that transform opportunities for people with a learning disability and their families. This is a strategic and highly visible role.
You will translate Mencap's organisational priorities into insight-led, compelling partnership propositions, building relationships with major corporates and positioning Mencap as a partner of choice. Working across Mencap, you will co-create partnerships that are values-led, inclusive, and rooted in lived experience, delivering both income and long-term impact.
This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) based in London (Aldgate East), with an expectation of at least one day per week in the office. We offer a hybrid working pattern with a strong commitment to flexible working.
