Mencap is seeking a Head of Governance to provide strategic leadership for governance across the organisation as it delivers Strategy 2030. You will work with senior leaders and trustees to strengthen governance, oversight, risk management and decision-making across the Mencap Group.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Governance & Quality, you will own governance processes, champion ESG ambitions, and drive continuous improvement while embedding a culture of accountability and collaboration.
