About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll support individuals with learning disabilities to live happy, fulfilling lives. No two days are the same! You'll be:

  • Supporting with daily activities and routines
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Building strong, meaningful relationships

You'll work with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths, personalities and support needs.

What We're Looking For

We are not looking for superheroes, just great people who care:

  • Flexibility to work agreed shifts
  • A positive, empathetic attitude towards people with learning disabilities
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)

Contract Details

  • Part-time: 13 hours per week
  • Working days: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026
