We’re on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team in Conwy, who are looking to join an established supportive team of colleagues who make a real difference to the lives of the people they support.
We are looking for someone to come on board for 12 hours per week to support people in the Conwy area, shifts can be discussed at interview but ideally we are looking for someone who can commit to 2 x 6 hours shifts per week, with the option to pick up other shifts in our other services in the area as and when the need arises.
Whilst we are looking for a 12 hour post for this service we understand that sometimes people are unable to commit to regular hours, but still want to offer support. This is also fine as we are always on the look out for relief staff who can work with us on an ad-hoc basis to suit their schedule.

- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Great communication & relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings & weekends
- A positive, empathetic approach
- Full UK driving licence & your own car (or reliable local transport access)
- Welsh language skills are a bonus – not a must!
