Mencap are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Spalding!

In this role you will be helping with day to day activities such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, attending appointments, checking mail and managing medication. You will also support individuals to get out and about in the community, doing the things they enjoy most.
