Mencap is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Officer to join our supported internships team. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the welfare and pastoral needs of learners are met through both remote and in-person support in Staffordshire and Northamptonshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with mental health and safeguarding concerns, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage learners.
