Do you have experience of working with people with a learning disability? Then we may have the role for you at Mencap Training Academy. We're seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Skills Coaches to join our dynamic team in our Litchfield Service on a full-time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week).
In this crucial role, you'll be the driving force behind our employability programs, including Supported Internships, providing tailored support to learners with SEND. 1-1 job coaching, working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English and Maths learning in the workplace.
- GCSE English & Maths (A-C/9-4 or equivalent).
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
