The Learning Disability Caseworker role can be based anywhere in England, with travel to events and casework venues and occasionally to our Peterborough office. This role will be full time (37.5 hours) on a fixed term contract until September 2027.

Responsibilities
- Provide accessible advice on complex cases.
- Present advice content online, using Drupal.
- Manage a varied advice caseload and keep clear case records.
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in giving advice or an equivalent relevant qualification in a specific advice area.
- Strong communicator with analytical skills.
- Experience of working in an outcomes- and impact-focused advice service.
- Experience of working with a CRM system and keeping clear advice records.
- Excellent IT skills including Drupal and the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to spot high-risk cases and put safeguarding alerts in place.
- Well-developed listening and diagnostic skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social care and the welfare benefits system.
- The ability to communicate clearly in another language is desirable, but not essential.
