Do you enjoy supporting others to feel confident and valued? Are you organised, calm, and able to bring clarity to busy days? If so, this role could be a great fit for you. Mencap is looking for a Learning Delivery Coordinator on a part‑time (30 hours per week) permanent basis, to support our Co‑Trainers who have a learning disability and/or are autistic. You will help them feel ready, supported, and empowered to deliver training that makes a real difference.

What will you do?

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with Co‑Trainers
  • Offer regular wellbeing check‑ins
  • Plan schedules, travel, and accessibility needs
  • Ensure Co‑Trainers feel prepared before each session
  • Keep accurate records of hours, attendance, and availability
  • Support new Co‑Trainers during onboarding
  • Work closely with Practice Development Facilitators
  • Champion inclusive practice and amplify lived‑experience voices
  • Support internal record‑keeping and compliance

What will you bring?
