Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Woking, Surrey. The position is part time and permanent (30 hours per week). At our service in Woking, we support 5 people who share their home. We also support 2 people who live more independently in the community. You will provide high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities and your role is to help people live as independently as possible and to enjoy a great life.
Key Responsibilities:

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract Options:
- Full-time: 37.5 hrs per week.
- Part-time: Shift times vary.
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life! There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
