Mencap are currently recruiting for a full time Service Manager to join our team in Lincoln! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to make a genuine difference in the lives of people with a learning disability.

As Service Manager, you will lead high quality, person centred support across our community-based services, helping people to live independently, build meaningful connections and live the life they choose. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the services, creating a positive and inclusive environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive. You will lead and inspire teams, promote a strong team culture, manage resources and budgets effectively whilst building strong relationships with families, commissioners and partner agencies.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in health and social care leadership, ideally with experience supporting people with a learning disability. You will bring excellent people management skills, a values-led approach to leadership and the ability to drive quality, continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
