We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire on a full time contract (37.5 hours per week) and you will ideally need a full UK driving licence for this role. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager, working alongside them to help support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service.
As an Assistant Service Manager you will:
- Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
- Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
- Be IT literate.
You will ideally be a driver for this role as there are multiple services across Gainsborough and training may be in Peterborough.
What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager?
- To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems.
- Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks.
- Support the team with their development.
- Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
