We are recruiting for various services within Doncaster. UK driving licence preferred.
Qualities and Skills Required
- Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
- Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
- Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
Contract options
- Part time various available
Shifts
- Days: Varied shifts between 07:00-22:00 (rota basis)
- Sleep ins required on days and paid at a flat rate of £64.20.
- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references
