Mencap is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Bury The Rock Shop. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, on a 7‑day rota. You will help drive sales, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure excellent store presentation while upholding Mencap values.
You should have experience as an assistant manager or supervisor, with budgeting experience; charity retail background is preferred. Expect occasional travel for meetings and store growth.
