Mencap is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Castleford shop. This permanent role is 22.5 hours per week across three days on a seven‑day rota. We’re flexible on days and can discuss what works best for you.
You’ll support stock and donations, promote Gift Aid, drive sales, manage budgets and cash handling, and lead a volunteer team while upholding Mencap’s values. Weekend work may be required.
