An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Accounts Payable Team for the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, as a 12 month Fixed term position (secondment). This position entails processing supplier invoices and credit notes for goods and services purchased across the organisation, dealing with internal and external queries, supporting supplier management and use of credit cards and claiming of expenses of both staff and volunteers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, responding to a varied range of queries, and supporting the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12 month Fixed term position. We offer a mixture of home and office-based working, with 2 days at the Peterborough Office on Mondays and Thursdays. The Peterborough Office will be your contractual workplace.
