Mencap is seeking compassionate, self-motivated Flexible Job Coaches to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Birmingham and the Black Country. You will provide individualized 1:1 support to help learners work toward paid roles or work readiness, with emphasis on practical coaching and confidence building.
Flexible work is offered as and when required, often for short or ad-hoc assignments, with the option to accept only as you can commit.
