Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities.
- Provide emotional support to a diverse group of people.
- Support three gentlemen with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
- Maintain personal care plans and record care activities.
- Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overnight shifts.
- Drive as required and hold a full UK driving licence.

Contract & Shift Times

- All services operate 24-hour care; rotas are prepared at least four weeks in advance.
- Eligibility for an enhanced flat-rate payment of £63.70 for overnight duties.
- All roles require an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
