What you’ll be doing: The role will support the online Hub operations within the Wembley hub, which lists from various shops in North West London. You will be listing items from a number of these shops, preparing, photographing, posting, packing together with the recruitment and development of volunteers will be instrumental in the growth and development of our online business. Managing volunteers, you will lead and empower them to deliver high levels of quality and customer service while offering support, direction and inspiration when needed. In conjunction with the Senior Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management of product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales and returns within an online hub environment. You will work to develop a strong sense of teamwork across all departments and with strong leadership and high levels of motivation deliver against objectives and KPIs set. You will support in the development of both our people and the business and ensure teams are fully communicated to and supported. You will ensure all shifts are covered maximising operational hours.
