What you’ll do:
- You will take the lead in developing machine learning models capable of handling very large datasets across various dimensions.
- With a commitment to scientific precision, you will design and conduct experiments to validate the technical performance and business impact of your approaches.
- Collaborating closely with fellow scientists and engineering teams, you will ensure your research is seamlessly integrated into production systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Create machine learning algorithms to solve large-scale recommendation challenges.
- Quickly design, test, and refine multiple hypotheses in an uncertain environment, using data analysis and business insights.
- Work closely with software engineers to implement successful experiments into the company’s processes.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD, or a Master's degree and experience in CS/CE/ML or related field research.
- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
- Experience in building machine learning models for business application.
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
