A leading multinational company in global entertainment is seeking Administrative Support to manage schedules, coordinate travel, organize meetings and events, and handle expense reports. You will assist with office space management, track tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the team. This position is key to maintaining efficiency and organization within the team.
What you will do:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements
- Coordinate and submit expense reports
- Organize team events (meetings, off-sites, social activities)
- Track key tasks and follow up on pending items
- Serve as a liaison for team members
- Manage team space, including moves and setups
- Collaborate with leadership, recruiters, and other assistants
