About you
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A driver’s licence.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office with an awareness of bespoke software.
- Experience within customer service, logistics and planning in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Willingness to “get hands on” as and when required, picking, loading and unloading equipment.
About the role
The hire desk operates 24/7, managing planned work and rapid response emergency callouts. You will develop your ability to assist with the management of our hire control desk whilst scheduling deliveries and collections of rental equipment via our fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles.
