What are the responsibilities of a sales development representative? Our Sales Development Team is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. This is an essential part of the sales process and involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels including phone calls, email campaigns and social media platforms. As well as outbound sales, there is a key element of account management and relationship building with clients.
- Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
- Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Native or fluent in French is preferred. Previous sales experience is preferred. Strong written, verbal, and phone skills are required. Remote or hybrid working options are available. Focus on learning, development and internal career progression is encouraged.
