What are the responsibilities of a sales development representative? Our Sales Development Team is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. This is an essential part of the sales process and involves identifying potential clients and initiating contact via various channels including phone calls, email campaigns and social media platforms. As well as outbound sales, there is a key element of account management and relationship building with clients. The core responsibilities of this role are: Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients. Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities. Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources. Utilising email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: 1+ years experience in B2B sales. People who embody our core values: curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness and resilience. Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
