As an Account Executive, you’ll lead the charge in generating net-new business by owning the full sales cycle and closing high-impact deals with senior decision-makers in your assigned territories. You’ll sharpen your skills through our industry-leading training in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Please note - you must have a Bachelor's in Engineering for this closing role.

The core responsibilities of this role are:

  • Own the entire sales process - from strategic prospecting to closing deals, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by generating your own opportunities and partnering with a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to win net-new logos, expand existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives, and maximize both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Master the memoryBlue value proposition through immersive training, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery Managers, Managing Directors, Head of Partnerships, the CEO, the CMO and marketing team to tailor solutions, optimize go-to-market strategies, and accelerate results.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Proven success with 2+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, new-business-focused environment.
  • Relevant expertise selling sales/marketing services and/or engaging directly with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Consistent overachievement—surpassing targets while building strong champions within client organizations.
  • Outstanding communication and advanced strategic prospecting skills.
  • Relentless drive—competitive, ambitious, and resilient in the face of challenges and rejection.
